Even for an extremely dilligent clerical assistant, filing is the most tedious and thankless of tasks. For a business person, whose skills lie elsewhere; well, need we say more?
To be honest, we don't like it any more than you do, so let's do a deal. We'll provide you with a handy device in which to store your documents. We ask that you place all of your business documents; invoices, statements, receipts, etc., in clearly labeled compartments, as you receive them. This will greatly reduce the amount of time you have to spend filing, as well as help us when we come to do the coding and permanent "hard-filing". We will then "swap" devices with you on a regular basis, at least monthly, replacing your full one with an empty one for the following period. We'll take care of the posting, coding and hard-filing once we collect your documents and return them to you as and when you need them. Or, if you have a query regarding a particular document while we still have it, just give us a call and we'll look it up for you.
An online version of the system will be added shortly for clients who prefer to transmit their documents electronically.
